About Jon Patella, REALTOR®

Jon is true "Sarasota Native" being born and raised in the community he now serves. Jon earned his Bachleors of Science Degree in Hospitality and Business Administration from Florida State University. Jon worked several positions in the Hotel, Country Club and Yacht Club industry. Most notably he served as the Food and Beverage Director for the Sarasota Yacht Club and Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Pinehurst Resort and Spa in Pinehurst, NC. Jon has a passion for serving others and exceeding their expectations. He has been honored to be part of the Wagner Realty family since 2014 as a Sale Agent and now as the Branch Manager of the Downtown Sarasota Office.
