"If it were possible to award a rating above 5-stars, I would probably rate Jon a solid 8 or 9, maybe higher, and I'm not exaggerating. One of my law partners says there's 2 kinds of realtors: the one's who view their job as done when a contract is in hand, and those who treat the contract as just the beginning of their work. In Jon, however, there's a third kind: an agent who spent a lot of time in the beginning making sure he knew what we wanted, and how much we wanted to spend. When he found and negotiated for us the perfect home and got it under contract (he emailed the papers to us at 10 p.m. so the listing agent would have them the next morning) his work had just begun. He then arranged a thorough inspection, did the legwork for us to obtain HOA approval to install a fence, met the fence contractor at the house to make sure they knew what we wanted, lined up carpet, flooring and house cleaners, put us in touch with a landscaping service, did a walk through of his own before closing, etc. I could go on and on. even though we closed last week, he has already been back twice to make sure the cleaning was done correctly and that the yard was being taken care of. You will find him to be, as we did, the finest realtor you will ever deal with. Period. He's simply the best!"

We can't say enough good things about Jon's professionalism and expertise. Having him Skype from the property was a great example of his willingness to work with us and his excellent people skills. He is by far the best agent we have worked with!
